Colorado cabin

The first week in Aug. we invited our neighbors, Jory and Janice and their kids Jade and Liam, to go to the Colorado cabin with us. We left on Wed. around noon.

Lexi and her friend Danielle were so excited to go and find horny toads. When we got there we had to stop a little ways before the cabin to drop the trailer. They took off walking toward the cabin to look for horny toads. In less than 10 minutes Danielle found their first one. The next morning they got up and first thing went outside to try to find one for Lexi. Not more than 30 minutes later they found a second one. Later that day they went out to try to find one for Jensen and they found a little tiny one.

This is the only one I got a picture of. It was so tiny and cute. Janice wasn't so fond of the horny toads. Whenever the girls got near her with one of them she kind of freaked out. I tried to convince her they were cute but she never bought it.

After we were done swimming we found a park to have a picnic.

After lunch we went to Box Canyon Falls.

On Saturday afternoon we headed to Monticello to go to the Jr. Rodeo. Jensen and Camryn were both competing in it.

Oakley was pretty worn out and fell asleep on Danielle's shoulder.
