Kolton's an Eagle Scout!

Kolton had his Eagle Scout Court of Honor last week. Finally! I'm so glad we're done and I'm so proud of him for all of his hard work.
I requested that he and some of his friends sing "I Know That My Redeemer Lives." They did awesome and didn't even practice once.

He had so many friends and family show up to support him. We love all of the great friends he has and how they all support each other.

The Eagle's Nest

You can't have an event without lots of goodies. Thanks everyone for your love and support!

Rani, we told Kolton he couldn't get his driver's license until he had his Eagle. His 16th b-day came and went and no Eagle project. Then he figured out homecoming was at the end of Sept. (last year) and he wanted to take his girlfriend but didn't want her to have to drive. Suddenly his Eagle project was the most important thing! As soon as his project was done we let him get his license thinking he'd done the majority of the work, BIG MISTAKE. It only took him another 6 1/2 months to get the paper work filled out and submitted. Oakley won't be getting his license until his paper work is done and turned in!
